Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- Be in their original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage caused after delivery
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Swimwear without hygiene liners
- Personal care products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or personalized products
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
4. How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team for return authorization.
Requests submitted without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be eligible for processing.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided by email.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses unless:

We offer exchanges for eligible items when stock is available.
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they enter the shipping process.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be subject to the return process after delivery.
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
9. Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
